The System Tester (m/f/d) is a member of the R&D Team for nexonar and responsible for a structured system testing of the nexonar software suite to guarantee high system quality.

We are searching for a parental leave replacement for one year starting as of now.
Your role:
• Planning, coordination of the various test activities
• Maintenance of Test Catalogue and Procedures
• Development and definition of suitable test methods and test tools
• Documentation of the test activities and preparation of the results
• Definition and monitoring of quality goals
• Close interaction with architecture, design and development

What we can expect from you:
• You have a post-secondary education with a degree or diploma in informatics or similar experiences.
• Qualification in Testing e.g., ISTQB or similar
• You have at least basic German and excellent English language skills, verbal and written.
• Analytical ability and willingness to work in a team
Preferable but not mandatory:
• Experience in working on migration projects
• Experience in using test tools (e.g., JMeter, Squish etc.)
• Programming knowledge is not required but helpful
• You have good programming knowledge in general-purpose and/or scripting languages. (automation, data generation, data analysis)
• You are familiar with incident and ticket systems (e.g., redmine) and version control systems (e.g., git).
• You are organized in a self-driven with analytical mindset.
• You enjoy working in a hands-on and collaborative team environment
• You enjoy working in teams who foster positive working relationships with regional and global colleagues.
