Environmental and social standards
nexonar (soft2tec GmbH) accepts its corporate responsibility to comply with environmental and social standards. This applies to our own business area as well as to our global supply chains.
A multi-stage due diligence process anchors our responsibility in all relevant areas. In addition to our Code of Conduct, we are guided by the following external frameworks and guidelines:
- UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
- Charter of Human Rights of the United Nations
- Principles of the UN Global Compact (GC)
- Principles of the International Labor Organization
- OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
- National Action Plan of the German Federal Government and the resulting Supply Chain Due Diligence Act
Achieving transparency about the flow of goods and the widely ramified and dynamic supply chains used is an important challenge. We meet this challenge with the help of close and continuous cooperation with our partners in the supplier network.
We counter identified risks for our direct suppliers and, if necessary, for our indirect suppliers with preventive and corrective measures, the effectiveness of which we continuously review.
